We will provide full training through all our departments on a phased basis, from front of house to reception and housekeeping, preparing you for Duty Manager responsibilities. This is a unique role and an amazing opportunity for someone to really prove themselves.

Over the winter months when we are closed or quieter, the candidate will learn our back of house office-based administration, including all IT systems, revenue and sales management. The role will also involve learning about health and safety, as well as completing a Net Zero carbon reduction project.

This position is part-funded by Highlands and Islands Enterprise and candidates should have graduated within the last 4 years. The minimum qualification accepted is HNC, but preferably HND, degree or post-graduate degree in a hospitality, tourism or business related subject.

The Package / Benefits / Opportunities

This is a fixed term contract starting in early November 2021.
Salary: £22-24k depending on experience, plus tips share on top of that. Meals on duty are provided. Cash tips are divided equally every week and credit card tips every month.
