We celebrated Receptionist Angela Milton’s retirement, after 46 years service, on Sunday with a surprise get together of friends, colleagues and ex colleagues.
We were inundated with with messages of good wishes which we were inundated with from guests and staff, which brought back many memories for Angela – thank you to everyone who took part!
“Well – I finally gone and done it!!
How on earth am I going to survive without my daily dose of wonderful Loch Melfort? I cannot begin to thank everyone enough for all the kind wishes of good luck and comments on my retirement. Far too many to thank individually but I do hope that I may catch up again with some of you?
Loch Melfort has been a massive part of my life for so many years, along with 3 wonderful children, 2 adorable grandchildren and all this has held my life together since my beloved Sandy moved on nearly 10 years ago. He would have loved the celebration, after all if it wasn’t for the hotel I would never have met him and would not be sitting here now writing this! Thanks to Calum and Rachel and everyone who made yesterday such a fab occasion – they have been so supportive over the last few years.
I could go on forever but enough. Thank you so very much to everyone and you lovely Loch Melfort guests and do please give me a call when you are visiting the Hotel if you have a chance.
