Taste the season with our Seasonal Menu Nights
Our next seasonal menu night will be held on 29th October in the Library and will centre around the “Tastes of Autumn”. With plenty of foraged and fresh ingredients available at this time of year, including mushrooms, silverweed, venison, blackberry and brambles, the menu will combine fresh flavours and warming autumnal notes.

Arduaine Halibut, Mussel, Cockle and Brown Crab Broth,
Kale and Seaweed

Kaffir Lime, Dark Chocolate, Dark Rum, Brown Sugar and Mint

Mull of Kintyre, Poppy Seed Bread, Red Onion, Venison Crisp
Food is prepared by our Head Chef, Michael Knowles together with his kitchen team and wine matching is prepared by Mike Cottam from Inverarity Wines.
There are only 12 places available for this unique dining experience so make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
Prices start at £145pppn for a classic room for dinner, bed and breakfast, £150pppn in a superior/main house room or £180pppn in a Suite.
