Reception Supervisor Alison, who previously won an Introduction to Revenue Scholarship last year, is applying for a two day Junior Management Scholarship in Switzerland’s world renowned hotel school in Lausanne. This course is designed to give a strong insight into management and leadership techniques.
Supervisor James is applying for an Experience Scholarship where scholars receive a placement within a selected, best practice organisation to get behind the scenes in some of the UK’s top companies.
Head Chef Michael is applying for a Patisserie and Sugar Craft Scholarship which is aimed at scholars who have a passion for all things chocolate and dessert wise! The two day scholarship, hosted at The Gleneagles Hotel, includes detailed sessions with Michelin chefs and industry experts.
