After our post on 27th November about three of our team submitting applications for Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland Scholarships, we are delighted to announce that Head Chef Michael and Supervisors Alison and James have all been awarded scholarships and will shortly be off on their prospective courses.

Michael will be attending a two day Patisserie and Sugar Craft Scholarship at The Gleneagles Hotel aimed at scholars who have a passion for all things chocolate and dessert wise – something to look forward to on our future menus!

Reception Supervisor Alison, will be visiting the world renowned hotel school Lausanne in Switzerland for a two day Junior Management Scholarship . This course is designed to give a strong insight into management and leadership techniques.

Supervisor James has received a a placement within a selected, best practice organisation to get behind the scenes in some of the UK’s top companies, known as an Experience Scholarship.

We wish them all the best and look forward to hearing about what they have learned on their return.
