We are delighted to announce Alison, our Reception Supervisor and Marketing Assistant has been awarded an Introduction to Revenue Management Scholarship by Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland.
Alison has been with us for 3.5 years and was recently promoted to supervisor in September and deals with a number of aspects of hotel life; from bookings and check-ins to setting rates, making special offers, stock takes and wages.
Since 1994, Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland has endeavored to identify and reward future leaders of the hospitality industry by providing invaluable scholarships to leverage their career. Being one of the most important facets within the hospitality industry, revenue management plays a crucial role in progressing ones career. Everything from budget development, management and distribution will be discussed on the course.
