Peter joins us with vast 2 AA Rosette Restaurant cooking experience, including in his own Restaurant and his ideas and culinary expertise will help us to continue with our long tradition of food excellence at Loch Melfort.

Peter shares our view that local sourcing of food products produces the best menus and his early experience as a chef at Heston Blumenthal’s 3 Michelin star Restaurant, The Fat Duck, will no doubt have some of our taste buds whirring over the coming months! We look forward to wowing you with his menus and food!
