Lauren has worked at Loch Melfort since April 2022. Lauren previously worked in the airlines for almost 10 years in various roles such as passenger and guest services. Both in New Zealand and Canada.
Lauren moved from New Zealand to Scotland in 2021 and have worked in hotels in various roles – in reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping.
Lauren says the best part of her job is the variety. “Getting to work in various departments, gaining experience, and working with everyone is invaluable”.
Lauren’s local recommendation is The Isle of Seil as it is pretty and peaceful. “It is like going back in time”.
