Since our re-opening in July, Loch Melfort Hotel has implemented new procedures to ensure every aspect of our operation is safe. Some of the key changes put in place to reassure our guests include:
- A phone check-in service allowing guests to gain access to their room without travelling through communal spaces
- “Cleaned and Sealed” stickers across doors on arrival. These stickers confirm that nobody has been inside your room since it was checked by our head housekeeper
- Rigorous staff training to ensure teams are confident, carry sanitiser, wash their hands frequently, and are aware of Covid routes of transmission
