We have always produced our own ice cream in Asknish Bay Restaurant, using local ingredients, but since the start of the Summer season we have also adopted this practice in Chartroom II Bistro. Our specially made ice creams are now available as a dessert or in handy take away pots to enjoy on the go or while wondering around our grounds meeting the highland cattle.
To celebrate this new venture we have joined Scotland’s Ice Cream Trail, in conjunction with VisitScotland’s Year of Food and Drink 2015, and are proud to be one of only a few in Argyll. Hopefully more will follow soon!
