As a general assistant you are the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

The essential skills

Previous experience is not required as personality and willingness to do well are more important. We will provide you with all the training and support you need to perform including adhering to all covid regulations.

Personal Traits

We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail who wants to be part of creating an exceptional guest experience. Glasgow, the nearest city is 2 hours away and Oban, the nearest town, is half an hour away. We have seasonal staff who come back year on year who are keen photographers, divers, kayakers: you should enjoy living in a quiet beautiful location.
