As a general assistant you are the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success. You will be either a housekeeper or waiter, or a mix of all, depending on your experience and your level of English and the needs of the business when you are hired. All will be agreed during the application process.

The essential skills:

Previous experience is a benefit but not required as personality and willingness to do well are more important. We will provide you with all the training and support you need to perform including adhering to all covid regulations.

Personal Traits:

We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail who wants to be part of creating an exceptional guest experience. Glasgow, the nearest city is 2 hours away and Oban, the nearest town, is half an hour away. We have seasonal staff who come back year on year who are keen photographers, divers, kayakers, and although you are free to disappear on adventures for 2 days every week, you should enjoy living in a quiet beautiful location.

The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:

Wage depends on experience but at least £9.50 per hour + tips (average £2.20 per hour more for every employee last year).

Job Type:
