Our gourmet nights menu typically incorporates traditional dishes and ingredients delivered with finesse and modern techniques.
Our food is sourced locally with many wild and fresh ingredients and you are sure to be in for a treat. All the wines will be matched to suit and this particular menu will include a number of well-known and local Scottish spirits.
Food is prepared by our Head Chef, Michael Knowles, featured in the Best of the West Food Festival and Taste for Tourism event, together with his kitchen team and wine matching is prepared by Mike Cottam from Inverarity Wines. Calum Ross, the owner of Loch Melfort Hotel, Mike Cottam and our Head Chef will talk at intervals throughout the meal, describing the food sourcing and how the wine complements each dish, as well as answer any questions you may have.
