Reiki (ray-key) is an ancient healing art rediscovered in Japan at the end of the 19th Century. It heals by promoting and harmonising the natural process of life. Rainbow Reiki is a system of complex energy work, based on the original Reiki. It benefits all ages, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of well being.
A Reiki treatment will last up to 1 hour. The practitioner’s hands are placed on or near the body in a variety of positions. During treatment, clients may experience a sensation of warmth and feel deeply relaxed. The client will remain fully clothed.

Indian Head Massage - £40.00

The art of Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic form of healing and relaxation used widely in Asia. This form of massage is now one of the most popular therapies available today. IMH works on the back, neck, scalp and shoulders and ends with a light massage on the face, using a variety of massage pressures and techniques. With its gentle rhythmic but firm strokes, it helps release knots and tension from the upper body and head.
This treatment takes up to 1 hour with a chakra balancing treatment at the end, which should leave you feeling relaxed, revitalised and re-energised. This therapy can also benefit children in all areas, including dealing with exam stress, and also helping promote better focus.
During the treatment the client will remain seated and fully clothed
