When it comes to food for the Asknish Bay Restaurant, we are ardent about sourcing the freshest and best quality local ingredients for our menus, and have sourced some wonderful produce, grown and prepared by kindred spirits who reside mainly in Scotland and close to Loch Melfort. Almost everything is home-made at Loch Melfort Hotel, from bread, to marmalade, ice-cream and even our very own Scottish tablet, the exquisite local confectionary delight!
