The Kilmartin Valley with its ancient
megalithic monuments (standing stones) is one of the largest
sites of its kind in the world. You can visit Kilmartin House
to find out about the History and Mythology surrounding it.

| Sailing Trips |

There are a number of local boats who run regular trips around
the inner isles and through the famous whirlpool Corryvreckan.
Seals, otters and many rare birds including eagles can be seen.
In addition to the advertised times, for larger parties, boats
can be hired exclusively.
There is also dingy sailing accross the bay from the hotel and
larger sailing boats can be chartered. |
