Additional Information

In the case of a fire, an alarm sounds continuously. Please vacate your room immediately and follow the Emergency Exit signs to the Muster Point in the Car Park outside the Cedar Wing. A member of staff will meet you there and assist with evacuation outside. Please advise if you have a hearing impediment at the time of booking or at check-in. There are fire extinguishers throughout the Hotel and Fire Exits are well signed and lit.

All staff have regular training which includes fire; emergencies; 1st Aid and disability awareness.

There is very limited mobile phone coverage inside the house.

We are happy to refrigerate any medication or perishables ie baby’s milk etc.

Smoking is only permitted outside.

We have a list of equipment hire companies on request including taxi companies who can provide wheelchair transportation.
